Christoph Birkholz
Biographie
Dr. Christoph Birkholz (31) is a serial entrepreneur based in Zurich, Switzerland. He is co-founder and managing director of Impact Hub Zürich, member of Impact Hub’s Strategic Development Group, as well as co-founder of Viaduct Ventures. Christoph received a Masters degree from University Witten/Herdecke and a PhD in impact investing from University of St.Gallen publishing with leading scholars in the field. After working in corporate venture capital, he studied entrepreneurship in Latin America, India and Eastern Africa, and he teaches in social entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship in executive education of University of St.Gallen and Business School Lausanne. He is an alumnus of the INSEAD Social Entrepreneurship Program, a nominator for the Klaus J. Jacobs Best Practice Prize, a member of the Thousand Network and the WEF Global Shapers Community. Christoph serves on the board of Panter AG, an international online engineering and technology company and he is the Chairman of the global Impact Hub Fellowship Association which he co-founded.
